Imagine that I am on a stage...

Thu Jul 30, 2009, 10:19 PM
  • Mood: Tired
  • Listening to: clock ticking
  • Reading: Ulysses, the Irish version
  • Watching: my clock
  • Playing: Imagine - Ani Difranco
  • Eating: Heartburn
  • Drinking: Heartburn Light
I would love to perform live. And I've been doing it, haha. But! I'd love to perform Live live with people outside of my friends watching and cheering.

OH it SHALL be a possibility, for I foresee my tendency to get attention...y will get me my spotlighting yet.

I'm tired and I've been having this problem recently of always seeing 11:11pm. Every night it's like my brain KNOWS to look at a clock right when it hits that time. It's like clockwork. In fact, it is clockwork. Incredible. t's slightly annoying because once upon a time an ex of mine told me to make a wish whenever I saw it.

After we split I used most of my wishes I saw as an anchor of "I want things to get better--aka I want to go back into the relationship, I want her back, I want her to want me back, etc."

Now, whenever I see it (and I'm not kidding when I say it's practically every night now) I always end up thinking of her in that, "Damn, I don't want to be stuck on this memory for the rest of my life" kind of way, you know? And how many friggin' wishes can a girl make before she runs out of reasons to wish?

It's slightly ironic. Was supposed to be a simple fun little game but my dramatic side has made it into a symbol...a SYMBOL, I SAY! of loosing something that was once incredibly important to me--the most important thing to me. Now, I'm not sure where I am but I know one thing is for certain: I no longer have the time to dwell on certain things as much as I used to.

But, I still see that damn 11:11pm.

"And in the haze is your face bathed in shadow under a watch tower of punishing light..."

Good line. And it sounds like a great description of my memories right now.

I like cheese.

I'm new to deviant art, although I've known of it's existence for several years.

So...yea. I guess I just wanted to get my photographs out there after all the little places I've wandered around, either in America or elsewhere. These are all of England, and wandering around there for a summer.

I have others but after uploading 60 or so photographs I'm starting to wonder if I should venture into other artistic mediums.

So, that's it. Cheers to those that have commented already.
